The course content provides discussions on common tax preparation problems and includes examples demonstrating how to apply the relevant tax regulations.

This course gives an overview of different types of individual income from interest, business, capital gains, rents or royalties, and farming from forms Schedule B, Schedule C, Schedule D, Schedule E, and Schedule F. Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to identify income that is subject to US taxation and identify what type of income an item is.”
